¹in class, we used \(y\left ( 1,m+1\right ) \) etc.. for entries in \(A\) matrix. I changed it in these notes to \(a\left ( 1,m+1\right ) \) etc... not to confuse myself with the RHS \(y\left ( 1,0\right ) \), etc.. entries in the \(b\) vector.
