This is the state vector \(\pi \) which contains the probability of each state that the MC could be in the long term. For an irreducible MC, this is independent of the starting \(\pi ^{\left ( 0\right ) }\), however, for a reducible MC, the Stationary distribution will be different for different initial \(\pi ^{\left ( 0\right ) }\)
