Texlive Utility fails and it looks like the failure is related to xz not being available. 
However I have /usr/local/xz installed and checked that it runs in sh.

This fails very early.

\usepackage{amsmath} 
they do not leave a vertical space between the section's title and the following text. 
So i'm trying to use the titlespacing ...
