10.6.3.2 Frame title position for a beamer theme

I am trying to build a beamer theme. I would like the frametitle to run along the left margin of the frame. So I write this MWE

\...

I want the table notes to begin on page 1 and being continued on page 2  (just like the table itself that is continued on the next page). 
If the table notes are too long for the first page, then the ...
