11.54.1.1 Acccesing non-Unicode glyphs by name with Lua(La)TeX and Harfbuzz

https://tex.stackexchange.com/landing/r/digest?cta=question&id=749521

This is a continuation of How to access non-Unicode glyphs from OTFs with Lua(La)TeX?, which solved the problem with the Node renderer, but not for Harfbuzz. Here is the original example slightly ...

11.54.1.2 Unexpected kerning after math mode in unicode-math

https://tex.stackexchange.com/landing/r/digest?cta=question&id=749568

Without changing anything in the document, including the unicode-math package seems to modify the kerning of letters in math mode or at the boundary between math and regular text. Compare this example

11.54.1.3 Example of using plugs and sockets

https://tex.stackexchange.com/landing/r/digest?cta=question&id=749633

I have read the the ltsockets.dtx documentation as well as applications of plugs and sockets in the lttagging.dtx and also watched the TUG video. I am struggling to think of examples where the concept ...

Snippet from fontspec's documentation:
Semi-colon-lists Not a real data structure but sensible to name accordingly.

https://tex.stackexchange.com/landing/r/digest?cta=question&id=749468

Ia^\200\231m not sure if this is the best approach, but Ia^\200\231ve been trying to create a curly brace using an explicit mathematical function.
So far, Ia^\200\231ve combined a couple of curves to approximate the shape, but ...

11.54.1.6 What spacing does \left. actually insert?

https://tex.stackexchange.com/landing/r/digest?cta=question&id=749305

It is said in multiple answers here, that \right. and the corresponding \left., while not adding a delimiter, inserts a \nulldelimiterspace, see

https://tex.stackexchange.com/landing/r/digest?cta=question&id=749538

Ia^\200\231m currently using a custom function to perform integer division with rounding up (ceiling division) in expl3:
\cs_new:Npn \int_div_ceil:nn #1#2
{
\int_div_truncate:nn { #1 + #2 - 1 } { #2 }
