I'd like to execute something at every end of a paragraph (writing sth. to aux file). So I modified \par using 
\let\oldpar\par 
\def\par{% 
\protected@write\@auxout{}{\string\ParHere}%

3.11.3.3 Wrong spacing around guillemets under csquotes

With XeLaTeX, polygossia and csquotes updated today, I get an asymetrical spacing between the enclosed text and the French quotation marks: 
Blabla1 A^<< blabla2 'blabla3' blabla4A^>> blabla5 
without any  ...
