I used to update MiKTeX regularly, might be because the update procedure is fast, convenient and easy [in contrast to TeX Live]. However I wonder why MiKTeX author publishes updated versions of  ...

6.23.3.3 Make bopomofo symbol (zhuyin fuhao) "a~\204\[Section]" (U+3127) vertical in horizontal text

The symbol "a~\204\[Section]" (U+3127) should be a vertical line in horizontal text, and a horizontal line in vertical text. However, there's only one unicode. It's supposed to be displayed according to the text  ...
