I am trying to add a path in a tikzpicture. 
The area surrounded by the path shall be colored, i.e., filled in a color. 
I would like to use nodes as anchors for the path, rather than x, y coordinates.

The following is a minimum working example on Overleaf. The below code works as expected, and gives the correct output:

Note: The problem discussed in this question might affect not just Devanagari, but also other scripts that have character (logical/typed) & glyph (presentational/typeset) order reversed/reordered ...
